1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and participation in retreats, wellness programmes, workshops, gatherings, events, experiences and related services organised by Mandi Studio, the trading name of Mandi Studio ("Mandi Studio", "we", "us" or "our").
They are intended to provide a general framework applicable to Mandi Studio's Events and may be supplemented by Event-specific information provided to you before booking.
By purchasing a Mandi Studio service, submitting a booking request, making a payment, or participating in an Event, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with:
a. the Event-specific information provided before booking;
b. your booking confirmation;
c. any applicable venue terms;
d. any applicable third-party supplier terms; and
e. our Privacy Policy.
Where an Event-specific term expressly differs from these Terms, the Event-specific term shall apply to that Event.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Event" means any retreat, wellness experience, workshop, gathering, programme, class, excursion, event or other experience organised or delivered by Mandi Studio.
"Guest", "Participant", "you" or "your" means the person purchasing or participating in an Event.
"Mandi Studio", "we", "us" or "our" means Magdalena Kopka trading as Mandi Studio.
"Venue" means the premises at which an Event or part of an Event takes place.
"Venue Provider" means the hotel, retreat centre, property owner or other independent provider operating the Venue.
"Third-Party Provider" means any independent supplier providing accommodation, food, transport, excursions, activities or other services.
"Event Fee" means the amount payable to Mandi Studio for the services expressly identified as being provided by Mandi Studio.
"Accommodation" means any overnight accommodation provided by an independent Venue Provider.
"Event Information" means the dates, location, programme, inclusions, exclusions, pricing and other information supplied for a particular Event.
3. MANDI STUDIO'S SERVICES
Mandi Studio provides and organises wellness, educational, creative and experiential programmes.
Depending on the Event, these may include:
wellness practices;
movement sessions;
meditation;
workshops;
talks;
group sessions;
creative activities;
nature-based activities;
excursions or experiences;
hosted meals or refreshments where expressly stated;
other activities described in the Event Information.
The services actually included in each Event will be stated in the relevant Event Information.
Mandi Studio does not guarantee that every Event will include the same services, activities, instructors, venues or programme structure.
4. SEPARATE ACCOMMODATION AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
4.1 Independent accommodation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, accommodation is provided by an independent Venue Provider and is not a service provided by Mandi Studio.
Where accommodation is booked directly with the Venue Provider:
the accommodation contract is between you and the Venue Provider;
the Venue Provider is responsible for the accommodation;
the Venue Provider's own terms apply to the accommodation;
payment for accommodation is made directly to the Venue Provider; and
Mandi Studio does not act as the accommodation provider.
Mandi Studio will not collect accommodation charges on behalf of the Venue Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 Food and catering
Where meals are provided by the Venue Provider or another independent supplier, that supplier is responsible for the provision of those services.
The relevant supplier's terms and conditions may apply.
Where Mandi Studio itself provides or arranges food as part of its own Event service, the applicable details will be stated in the Event Information.
4.3 Third-party activities and excursions
Where an excursion or activity is provided by an independent Third-Party Provider, the provider may contract directly with you and remain responsible for the delivery of that service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mandi Studio does not represent itself as the provider of third-party services.
Details of any third-party services and the identity of the provider will be provided where applicable.
4.4 No agency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mandi Studio is not acting as an agent for the Venue Provider or any Third-Party Provider.
Mandi Studio does not guarantee the performance of services that it does not itself provide, except to the extent required by applicable law.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The Event Fee payable to Mandi Studio is: as stated on the event page
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices payable to Mandi Studio relate only to the Mandi Studio services identified in the Event Information.
Any taxes or charges required by applicable law will be reflected in the price or disclosed before purchase.
6. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking request does not constitute acceptance by Mandi Studio until confirmed.
A booking becomes confirmed when:
a. Mandi Studio has accepted the booking; and
b. the required payment has been received.
Mandi Studio may decline a booking where an Event is fully booked, the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or there are other reasonable grounds for declining the booking.
The Guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate.
7. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
7.1 Reservation Payment
To reserve a place at an Event, the Guest must pay an initial Reservation Payment equal to 40% of the total Event Fee, unless otherwise stated in the Event-specific information.
The Reservation Payment secures the Guest's place at the Event and forms part of the total Event Fee. It is not a security deposit and is not an additional charge.
The Guest may, at their option, pay the full Event Fee at the time of booking.
A reservation is confirmed once Mandi Studio has received the applicable Reservation Payment and has issued booking confirmation.
7.2 Balance Payment
Where a Guest has made a reservation by paying the 40% Reservation Payment, the remaining 60% of the Event Fee must be paid no later than 60 days before the first day of the Event.
Balance Due Date: 23/09/2026
Mandi Studio may send a reminder to the Guest before the Balance Due Date, but the Guest remains responsible for ensuring that the outstanding balance is paid on time.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the Balance Due Date may result in cancellation of the reservation, subject to any mandatory rights applicable to the Guest under applicable law.
7.3 Bookings Made After the Balance Due Date
Bookings made after the Balance Due Date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A 40% Reservation Payment will therefore only be available for bookings made on or before the Balance Due Date.
7.4 Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before the Event
Where a Guest cancels their booking more than 60 days before the first day of the Event, the Guest will receive a refund of 100% of the amount actually paid to Mandi Studio.
7.5 Cancellation Between 30 and 60 Days Before the Event
Where a Guest cancels their booking between 30 and 60 days before the first day of the Event, the Guest will receive a refund of 75% of the amount actually paid to Mandi Studio.
7.6 Cancellation Between 15 and 30 Days Before the Event
Where a Guest cancels their booking between 15 and 30 days before the first day of the Event, the Guest will receive a refund of 50% of the amount actually paid to Mandi Studio.
7.7 Cancellation Within 15 Days of the Event
Where a Guest cancels their booking less than 15 days before the first day of the Event, no refund will be provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7.8 No-Show
Where a Guest does not attend the Event and has not cancelled their booking in accordance with these Terms, no refund will be provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7.9 Early Departure
If a Guest voluntarily leaves an Event after it has commenced, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the Event, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7.10 Transfer of a Booking
A Guest may request to transfer their booking to another person up to 7 days before the Event, subject to prior written approval by Mandi Studio.
Any replacement Guest must provide all information required by Mandi Studio, satisfy any applicable eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms.
Mandi Studio may refuse a transfer where there is a reasonable operational, legal or safety reason for doing so.
7.11 Refunds
Where a refund is due under this section, it will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the Guest to Mandi Studio at the time of cancellation.
Where accommodation or third-party services have been contracted separately, their cancellation and refund policies are governed by the relevant provider.
Mandi Studio is not responsible for obtaining a refund from an independent provider.
8. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer right applicable to the Guest.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other consumer protection applies, that right shall remain unaffected.
The applicability of any statutory withdrawal period may depend on the nature of the service, the timing of performance and the circumstances of the booking.
Where the Guest expressly requests that a service begin during a statutory withdrawal period, any legally required consent or acknowledgement will be obtained separately.
9. CHANGES TO AN EVENT
Mandi Studio may make reasonable changes to the Event where necessary, including changes to:
instructors;
facilitators;
session times;
activities;
programme order;
venues;
suppliers;
excursion arrangements; or
other operational details.
Where a change materially affects the Event, Mandi Studio will notify affected Guests as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where applicable law gives the Guest a right to cancel or obtain a refund as a result of a significant change, that right will apply.
10. CANCELLATION BY MANDI STUDIO
Mandi Studio may cancel an Event where necessary, including where:
minimum participation numbers are not reached;
the Venue becomes unavailable;
a key supplier becomes unavailable;
circumstances make the Event unsafe or impracticable;
a force majeure event occurs; or
continuation of the Event would otherwise be unreasonable or impossible.
Where Mandi Studio cancels an Event, Guests will receive the remedies required by applicable law and/or the Event-specific cancellation policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, Mandi Studio's responsibility is limited to amounts actually paid to Mandi Studio for the cancelled Mandi Studio services.
Amounts paid directly to independent providers remain subject to those providers' own terms.
11. MEALS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Meals included in an Event, if any, will be identified in the Event Information.
Guests must provide accurate information regarding allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements.
Mandi Studio will communicate dietary requirements to the relevant provider where appropriate.
However, Guests remain responsible for informing relevant staff directly of serious allergies or medical dietary requirements.
Mandi Studio cannot guarantee that food preparation areas are completely free from particular allergens unless this has been expressly confirmed by the food provider.
Where meals are supplied by an independent provider, responsibility for food preparation and service remains with that provider.
12. ACTIVITIES AND WELLNESS SERVICES
Participation in all activities is voluntary.
Activities may include physical movement, exercise, meditation, breathwork, yoga, nature activities, workshops, excursions or other wellness practices.
Guests should participate only within their own abilities and comfort level.
Guests may stop participating in an activity at any time.
Mandi Studio may reasonably refuse participation where an instructor or organiser believes that participation would create an unacceptable risk to the Guest or another person.
13. HEALTH AND MEDICAL INFORMATION
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate.
Guests should obtain professional medical advice before participating where they have concerns regarding their health or ability to participate.
Mandi Studio's activities are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Guests must inform Mandi Studio before the Event of any condition, allergy, medication, disability or other circumstance that they reasonably believe may affect their safe participation.
Mandi Studio will handle such information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
14. ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY ACTIVITY RISKS
Certain activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
physical exertion;
muscle soreness;
falls;
slips;
uneven terrain;
weather conditions;
outdoor environments;
use of equipment;
travel to activity locations;
interaction with animals or natural environments;
participation with other Guests.
Guests voluntarily choose whether to participate in each activity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes Mandi Studio's liability for death, personal injury, negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests agree to:
a. provide accurate information;
b. follow reasonable safety instructions;
c. behave respectfully towards other Guests, staff and suppliers;
d. comply with Venue rules;
e. comply with applicable laws;
f. take reasonable care of property;
g. notify Mandi Studio of relevant safety concerns; and
h. behave in a manner that does not materially disrupt the Event.
16. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A Guest may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property that they intentionally or negligently damage.
This may include property belonging to:
Mandi Studio;
the Venue;
accommodation providers;
instructors;
suppliers; or
other Guests.
Guests will not be responsible for ordinary wear and tear or damage for which they are not legally responsible.
Mandi Studio will not impose charges that are disproportionate to the actual loss suffered.
17. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Unless otherwise required by law, Mandi Studio is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that are not in Mandi Studio's custody or control.
Guests are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables to an Event.
18. CONDUCT, SAFETY AND SECURITY
Mandi Studio aims to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
The following behaviour is prohibited:
violence or threats;
harassment;
discriminatory conduct;
abusive behaviour;
deliberate property damage;
unlawful conduct;
behaviour creating a serious safety risk;
excessive intoxication;
possession or use of illegal substances.
Mandi Studio may require a Guest to leave an Event where their behaviour presents a serious or ongoing risk to themselves or others or materially disrupts the Event.
Where a Guest is required to leave because of their own misconduct, they may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.
19. ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATION
Where alcohol is available at an Event, Guests are responsible for consuming it responsibly.
Guests must not participate in activities while intoxicated where doing so could create a safety risk.
Mandi Studio may refuse participation or service to a Guest who is visibly intoxicated where reasonably necessary for safety.
20. EXCURSIONS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Excursions may take place in environments outside Mandi Studio's direct control.
Guests are responsible for following instructions from guides, instructors, transport providers and other relevant professionals.
Excursions may be modified, postponed or cancelled because of weather, safety conditions, access restrictions or circumstances outside Mandi Studio's reasonable control.
Where an excursion is provided by an independent Third-Party Provider, that provider remains responsible for the service it supplies, subject to applicable law.
21. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Mandi Studio may work with independent suppliers including:
accommodation providers;
restaurants;
chefs;
instructors;
guides;
transport providers;
excursion operators;
wellness practitioners; and
other contractors.
Where a service is independently supplied, Mandi Studio does not assume responsibility for matters that are legally the responsibility of that supplier, except where Mandi Studio has separately undertaken responsibility or where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the foregoing, Mandi Studio will be responsible for losses directly caused by Mandi Studio's failure to provide the services it has expressly agreed to provide, to the extent required by applicable law.
Mandi Studio is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
a. services contracted directly between a Guest and an independent provider;
b. a Guest's failure to follow reasonable instructions;
c. a Guest's deliberate or negligent conduct;
d. circumstances outside Mandi Studio's reasonable control; or
e. risks inherent in voluntary activities that could not reasonably have been avoided, except where Mandi Studio is legally responsible for the resulting harm.
Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer rights.
23. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Guest may be responsible for losses or reasonable costs incurred by Mandi Studio as a direct result of the Guest's:
intentional misconduct;
unlawful conduct;
material breach of these Terms; or
intentional or negligent damage to property.
This clause does not require a Guest to indemnify Mandi Studio for losses caused by Mandi Studio's own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of its legal obligations.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
Mandi Studio shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
extreme weather;
natural disasters;
fire;
epidemic or pandemic;
government restrictions;
civil unrest;
strikes;
significant transport disruption;
utility failures;
venue closure;
serious illness or unavailability of essential personnel; or
other unforeseeable circumstances making performance impossible or unsafe.
Where such circumstances occur, Mandi Studio will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
25. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND RECORDING
Photography or filming may take place during Events.
Where Mandi Studio intends to use identifiable images of Guests for promotional purposes, the relevant consent and information will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
A Guest may inform Mandi Studio that they do not wish to be included in promotional photography.
Any consent for marketing use will be handled separately where legally required.
26. DATA PROTECTION
Mandi Studio processes personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish data-protection legislation.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including:
managing bookings;
processing payments;
communicating with Guests;
organising Events;
managing dietary and accessibility requirements;
responding to emergencies;
accounting and legal compliance; and
other purposes explained in the Privacy Policy.
27. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where legally required, marketing communications will only be sent where the Guest has provided the necessary consent or another lawful basis exists.
Guests may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Mandi Studio materials, including written materials, programme materials, photographs, videos, designs, branding, logos and other original content remain the property of Mandi Studio or its licensors.
Guests may use materials supplied to them for their personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
29. COMPLAINTS
Guests should raise any issue concerning an Event with Mandi Studio as soon as reasonably possible, preferably during the Event, so that a reasonable opportunity can be given to resolve it.

Mandi Studio will consider complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer complaint or dispute-resolution rights.
30. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the Guest.
Where the Guest qualifies as a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents the Guest from bringing proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
31. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Mandi Studio may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a Guest's booking will normally be the version provided to the Guest before the booking is confirmed.
Changes made after confirmation will not materially reduce the Guest's contractual rights without the Guest's agreement or a legal basis for doing so.
33. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing a booking with Mandi Studio, the Guest confirms that they:
have had an opportunity to read these Terms;
have received the Event-specific information;
understand which services are provided by Mandi Studio and which are provided by independent suppliers;
have provided accurate booking information;
agree to comply with the applicable Venue and Event rules; and
agree to these Terms subject to their mandatory rights under applicable law.
