Thank you for choosing to join the Mandi Studio Retreat. Please read these Terms carefully before booking.

Registration

Your place is confirmed once your registration form, payment and confirmation email have been received.

Payments

Payments must be made by the agreed deadlines.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: full refund excluding any non-refundable deposit. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund.

Cancellation by the Organiser

If cancelled due to force majeure or other necessary circumstances, you will receive a refund of

payments made to the organiser or the option to transfer your booking.

Health

You confirm you are fit to participate and disclose relevant health information.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for injuries, illness, theft or losses.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided according to your selected room option.

Photography

Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out before the retreat.Privacy & GDPR

Personal data 

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Spanish law solely for organising the retreat, participant communication, accommodation, meals, emergencies and legal obligations.

Health information is processed only to ensure participant safety. Data is stored securely, shared only when necessary with trusted providers, never sold, and retained only as long as required. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data.

Submitting your registration and payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.
